The weather gave us a little break with sunny skies and summer-time temperatures, but lower humidity.  We had two courses setup that weaved through the lakes, streams, and marshes of northern Forest Park.  No woods and no poison ivy, but some wet feet for some depending on route choice.  We had a good turnout with a surprisingly large percentage of participants that finished their course.  Thanks to Jaime Robert and Zsuzsa Palotas for handling registration, start and finish.  Thanks to Zsuzsa’s sister for meet cleanup and to Besa Schweitzer and Jaime for control pickup.  Thanks also to the Missouri Department of Conservation for inviting us to teach orienteering as part of their Wonders of the Wilderness program!
